Physics and nanotechnology group, under the leadership of Prof. Magnus Willander, has been exploiting the electronic device physics by covering the experimental and theoretical aspects from more than 20 years. The research focalizes on both “bottom-up” and “top-down” approaches in the field of physics and nanotechnology. Here we use the diverse methodology for growth and design of ZnO nanostructures and their applications e.g. Fabrication of light emitting diodes, laser, UV and infrared detector technology, photonic applications, medical application covering the extra and intracellular sensors and mechanical application. In addition, our group has dedicated efforts for the characterization of both classical and quantum phenomena in most solids and soft materials and liquids.
