31 May 2011 - NT24 interveiwed Docent Xavier Crispin and Professor Magnus Berggren regarding "Thermoelectric properties of conducting polymers".
An article has been published in Nature Materials on the thermoelectric properties of conducting polymers. It is the first time that an organic material can be seen as a thermoelectric material. Although the material is not very efficient, this gives hope to find low-cost, solution-processable thermoelectric materials for waste heat recovery. In Sweden, this result has attracted the interest of media, such as Dagens Nyheter, NyTeknik and Elektronik i Norden (in Swedish). (2011-05-11)
